High cholesterol foods are like a danger warning from the nutrition community. If we listen and avoid those then we can extend our life time on the earth.

Generally foods which we are getting from plants are fat free. Plants are good source of nutrients and HDL cholesterol. Vegetables should be included in our diet so as to maintain a balanced diet in our food.
